Thomas Paprocki Deputy Director, Management Operations  Mr. Paprocki came to Goddard in August 1983 as a Presidential Management Intern. Throughout the two year program, he completed rotational assignments in the Institutional Support Office (Code 201), the Office of Human Resources (Code 110), the Mission Operations and Data Systems Directorate Procurement Office (Code 285), and the COBE Project (Code 400). Mr. Paprocki then served as Management Analyst and Branch Head in the Management Support Branch (Code 231) and then served as the Associate Chief, Logistics Management Division (Code 230). From July 1993 to June 1994, he also did a rotation as Acting Chief of Code 201. He was hired as permanent Chief of Code 201 in August 1995. He did a 4 month rotation in the Office of Chief Engineer at HQ from November 1999 to March 2000. In January 2002, Mr. Paprocki became the Deputy Director of the Management Operations Directorate. He is currently Acting Director of Human Resources. He has also served on a number of Center committees including Facilities Coordinating Committee, Executive Development Advisory Panel, G&A and Integrated Cost Pool Committees, and the Admin Burden Working Group. Mr. Paprocki received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Illinois Benedictine College in 1968 and a Masters in English from Southern Illinois University in 1970. He also received a Masters of Public Administration degree from Southern Illinois University in 1983. . |
