    Mr. Rubilotta has been at the Goddard Space Flight Center since 1989. He began his career at Goddard as a Project Support Specialist for the Satellite Servicing Project. In 1991, he joined the EOS Chemistry and Special Flights Project as the Project Support Manager. He then moved on to serve as Project Support Manager for the Orbital Launch Services Project from 1994 to 1998 until he was re-assigned as Project Manager for the Center Rehousing Initiative from 1998 to 1999. In 1999, Mr. Rubilotta was appointed Deputy Business Manager for the Hubble Space Telescope Program until 2000 when he served as Special Assistant to the Deputy Director of Resources for the Flight Programs and Projects Directorate from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2002, he was the Deputy Project Manager/Resources for the Flight Instruments Division until he was appointed as Division Chief of the Security, Safety and Environmental Office in 2002. From 2002 to 2004 he served as the Chief of the Institutional Support Office for the Management Operations Directorate, until July 2004 when he was appointed into his present position of Associate Director for the Management Operations Directorate.

    Mr. Rubilotta has served a 1-year Fellowship as a Congressional Staffer for Congressman Merrill Cook, and has received several NASA and Goddard Group Achievement, Special Act, and Outstanding Performance Awards.
