There's Still Time to Sumbit Committee Nominations for Goddard's
1st Career Forum
Investing
in the professional development of our civil servants is key to
achieving the Centers strategic goal to recruit and retain
a vital workforce to ensure the fulfillment of Goddards mission.
To elevate the significance of career development, Goddard will
hold an innovative Career Forum in the March/April 2002 timeframe,
to showcase the wide variety of career development tools and resources
available to help employees realize their career goals.
As
part of the Office of Human Resources (OHR) ongoing efforts to broaden
collaboration and partner with the Goddard community, the design
and implementation of the Career Forum will offer a unique opportunity
for GSFC employees to participate in a visible and important Centerwide
activity.
Nominations
to participate in the design and implementation of Goddards
1st Career Forum will be taken through Friday, August 31.
Details
about the various opportunities to participate are presented in
Center Announcement 01-48, Seeking Volunteers for Goddards
First Career Forum, dated July 30, 2001. In addition, information
about this unique opportunity, along with the nomination form, can
