NASA STARS Now Implemented

On July 23, 2001 Goddard implemented NASA STARS, the Agency's new automated STaffing And Recruitment System. NASA STARS is a new resume management process designed to enhance human resources capabilities to attract and retain a world class workforce. Goddard is the lead and pilot Center in the Agency for this Integrated Financial Management Program Pathfinder project. NASA STARS has many features and benefits for employees, hiring managers, and Human Resources Management Specialists.
