Hardware Engineers and Techs Needed

Goddard Education Programs has received a request for hardware engineers and techs to volunteer and assist in replacing RAM SIMMS for upgrading the memory of 179 school library NT servers in Prince George's County Schools. The latest version of the Winnebago Library Automation Program that runs on these servers requires 128 Meg of RAM. The Winnebago Servers currently have only 64 MEG. The replacement memory has been purchased and there is insufficient staffing to do the replacement. The goal is to spread the project among teams and provide for flexibility. Please contact Ron Erwin, Education Programs @ 6-7504 for more information and a website address that provides a complete description for support. For more information, call Ron Erwin, Education Programs @ 6-7504 or email rerwin@pop100.gsfc.nasa.gov.
