Open Season Ends Monday
The Open Season
for the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) ends Monday, Dec.
10. Open season provides an opportunity for federal employees to
enroll in a health plan, to change from one plan to another plan
and change from one option to another option.
All changes
should be executed through Employee Express (EE), www.employeeexpress.gov
and MUST be completed by the close of business on December
10, 2001. Your social security number and EE Personal Identification
Number (PIN) are required to gain access to the EE system. If you
do not have your PIN, you can request a replacement through www.employeeexpress.gov,
478-757-3169 (work) or 1-800-571-3453 (home), (TDD) 478-757-3117.
Open Season
enrollment changes are effective January 13, 2002 and health cards
should be received by then. Cancellations are effective on the last
day of the pay period in which the request is received. If you need
