Healthy Hints
for the Holidays
It's the holiday
season - a time to celebrate with family and friends, and be thankful
for life's blessings. This time of year can be extremely hectic
for many people. Time to focus on personal well-being and exercise
becomes increasingly limited, and indulgence and depression grows
more prevalent. The E.A.P. and Fitness Center would like to help
make this holiday season a joyful and safe one for all of you! On
Wednesday, December 12, in the Building 21 Cafeteria from 11:30
a.m.-1:00 p.m., the E.A.P. and Fitness Center will be distributing
information on healthy hints for the holidays, such as stress management,
depression, weight management, fitness, and many more valuable topics
to improve your well-being all year long!
