Study of
Work and Personal Life of Goddard Employees
The Goddard
Diversity Council has funded a study proposed by the Women's Advisory
Council to assess the needs of Goddard employees with respect to
balancing work and personal life. A survey of Goddard civil service
staff will be performed during a two- week period beginning April
10, 2002. The survey will provide all employees the opportunity
to identify the products, services, and benefits they value for
balancing work and personal life, and which will make life at work
more productive and less stressful. It will be available on-line
and in hard copy. Goddard Management Council is committed to retaining
its valuable workforce by ensuring Goddard remains a desirable place
to work. The survey is a tool to help ensure in-demand programs
and services are being offered at Goddard, and to assess whether
staff is aware of and able to take advantage of the programs and
services offered. All civil service staff is encouraged to participate
in the survey. For additional information about the study or the
survey please contact Felicia Donnell at 6-2517.
