Bike to Work Day Join hundreds of bike commuters for a celebration of clean transportation at Bike to Work Day 2002. Goddard employees are welcomed to participate in Bike to Work Day on Friday, May 3. Celebrations will be taking place at eleven different locations around the region, with the main celebration occurring at Freedom Plaza in downtown DC. Bike to Work is a National Capital area event is sponsored at Goddard by the Goddard Conservation Club. The Bike to Work Day breakfast will be at the corner of Explorer and Goddard roads (near where the farmer's market sets up) from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. In addition, a bike convoy to Goddard will depart from the Roosevelt Center in old Greenbelt at 7:30 a.m. For more information,
