Dr. Zimbelman will speak on the topic of " An Advanced Cryogenic
Cooling System for the Hubble Space Telescope."
In an effort to revive the on-orbit NICMOS instrument and restore
the telescope's infrared scientific capability, an advanced cryogenic
cooling system was installed during the recent HST Servicing Mission
3B. Abstract and biography are available on the web site. Systems

GEWA Lunchtime
Concert
GEWA's first
2002 lunchtime concert will be on May 3, 2002. The time will
be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30, on the outside of Building 21, Cafeteria.
Mr. Michael Kelly is going to perform an acoustic show, guitar,
vocals maybe some harmonica. It will be a variety of easy listening,
and rhythm and blues. Mr. Kelly has worked as an opening act for
groups as diverse as NRBQ, John Lee Hooker, and Junior Walker and
the Allstars. He founded and performed with the Baltimore based
band Color Factory, which had a good run, a lot of fun, and disbanded
in 1997. Since that time he is performing a few shows at local venues.

bands are wanted to entertain GSFC employees for free at Lunchtime
