Remembrance, Memorial Day

Goddard flags will be flown at half-staff on Monday, May 27, for the observance of Memorial Day. The flags are to be flown at half-staff only from sunrise to noon, when they are to be raised to full staff.

The National Moment of Remembrance will be at 3:00 p.m. EDT on Memorial Day. At that time, Americans should stop what they are doing and think for one minute about those who sacrificed their lives for our freedom.
