The MeetingMaker
Version 7.1 Upgrade is Underway!
ODIN is preparing
to initiate the upgrade of MeetingMaker from version 6.0.8 to version
7.1. Due to a "bug" in the MeetingMaker version 6.0.8
upgrade tool, ODIN in conjunction with MeetingMaker has developed
a work around to initiate the upgrade. A desk side visit will not
be necessary during this process.
During the weekend
of June 14th we will begin the actual upgrade process from the server.
The upgrade package will be placed on the server and downloaded
over several weeks to the local desktop clients. On June 14th ODIN
will upgrade the server to v 7.1. One June 17th you will receive
an email from Makneeka Moss, ODIN Customer Outreach, detailing instructions
on when and how to initiate the upgrade of the local desktop client.
After the server upgrade you will be unable to connect with the
MeetingMaker server until the local client upgrade is completed.
DO NOT upgrade your local client, prior to the server upgrade or
you will not be able to
connect to the server. The server and local client must be the same
version in order to communicate. Any changes made to the off-line
client after 6:00 pm June 14th may be lost.
Finally, ODIN
will distribute a reminder notice to the MeetingMaker community
via email. The actual local client upgrade will take place on June
17th.

under the upgrade schedule section of the web page. There you will
find the upgrade instruction, and details regarding version 7.1.
