President
Bush has proclaimed June to be National Safety Month. With accidental
deaths totaling over 100,000 the President encourages all of us
to remember the importance of health and safety in our lives.
Each week for the month of June, the National Safety Council (NSC)
has specific areas to focus on safety. Workplace Safety is
focus for the Week of June 23- 29.
In 2000, 3.9
million Americans suffered disabling injuries on the job. The

productivity losses, medical and administrative expenses, and
