Aqua:
Space.com featured articles on the newly released images
from the Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer, built by the Japanese
Space Agency (NASDA) for the Aqua spacecraft. The images are of
the world's sea surface temperatures, an important characteristic
in monitoring the status and changing conditions of our planet.
Claire Parkinson, Aqua project scientist is quoted in the
article explaining the benefits it will bring to weather forcecasting.
Terra:
Sequential time-lapse imagery from June 19 -30 of the western wildfires
appeared in approximately 50 media stories. The imagery was taken
from the Terra satellite, which was noted in several of the stories.

Identifying the larger ice particles in a hurricane to determine
its strength, was a featured article in the Washington Times.

Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) capturing a solar eruption
