The second annual Women of Color Government and Defense Technology Awards Conference was held last week in Washington, D.C. She works with the Library Information Services Branch and the Applications Development Branch where she is responsible for managing and monitoring the information systems tasks performed by the IT team. She develops library information web-sites, manages the Goddard Projects database and web-site, and as the library's computer security officer, she ensures that the library systems are in compliance with agency and federal laws and regulations. In the Applications Development branch, Ms. Malloy is responsible for implementing an usability test lab and managing and organizing their technical library. Ms. Malloy is helping to address the Digital Divide.
