Blood Donations Needed

The Red Cross will be at GSFC on August 7, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., in the Bldg. 8 Auditorium to accept blood donations. To schedule an appointment, call Mary Ann Reboso at x6-6296 by COB August 6. On the day of the drive, call x6-7180 to schedule an appointment. Due to the dangerously low supply of blood, the Red Cross is in desperate need of donations. Recently, The University of Maryland Hospital had four major needs for blood due to auto accidents and one transplant and no blood was available from the Red Cross. Therefore the need to replenish the blood supply is very important. Please consider signing up now.

IUE Project Reunion Luncheon

What: Goddard Retirees & Alumni Association (GRAA) invites all members of the International Ultraviolet Explorer (IUE) project and any interested employees to a IUE reunion luncheon. The cost of $9.00 includes food, beverages and desert.
