Richard Boca, Director of APL Visits Goddard

Richard Boca, Director of Applied Physics Laboratory visited with Center Director Al Diaz yesterday for an executive session and tour of the Goddard facility including stops at the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory Operations (SOHO) project, Detector Development and Science Visualization Laboratories.

In addition, other events occurred this week which resulted in tours or visits to Goddard including the Goddard Alliance Reception with speakers Congressman Steny Hoyer, GSFC Director A.V. Diaz, and Mr. Joe James, President of Prince George's Economic Development Corp. and the Maryland Space Business Roundtable luncheon event with keynote speaker, Mr. Peter Teets, U.S. Air Force.
