Spaceflight.com featured an article about scientists capturing a gamma-ray-bursts, a minute after explosion. The explosion was capturing with the use of NASA's High Energy Transient Explorer (HETE).

Images from the Hubble Space Telescope made Space.com's Top Ten Space Science Images of 2002. The images feature were those released early this year that were taken from Hubble's new Advanced Camera for Surveys (ACS).
