NASA's Chief of Staff and White House Liaison Courtney Stadd began the day by supplying employees with an overview presentation of NASA's Freedom to Manage (F2M) program, which included the development of NASA's new mission statement. Stadd then revealed some accomplishments from F2M such as the single NASA badge for all NASA employees and the possibility of research and development funds being used for travel. He then discussed the pending actions.
