IFMP Plans
Town Hall
Do you have
questions about IFM? Are you worried about what impact it will have
on our center? Do you want to know more, but never seem to get a
chance?
The Integrated
Financial Management Program (IFMP) has scheduled a Town Hall meeting
for all Goddard employees and contractors on March 20th from 1:30-3:00
p.m. in Building 26, Room 205. Attendees will have the opportunity
to ask questions of a panel, which includes Mark Walther, the GSFC
IFM Project Office Chief, and project representatives. The IFM Program
plans to hold this event monthly in an effort to provide Goddard
employees and contractors with the most up-to-date information on
the Program and its current Module Projects - Core Financial, Budget
Formulation, Resume Management, Position Description Management,
Travel Manager, and ePayroll.
The Integrated
Financial Management Program is an Agency-wide effort to modernize
NASA's financial and administrative systems and processes. It will
implement proven, federalized Enterprise-wide Resource Planning
(ERP) commercial off the shelf capabilities and redesigned processes
in the form of Module Projects to help improve employee productivity
and operations efficiency. For more information on the IFMP, visit
its Goddard-specific website at: http://ifmpinfo.gsfc.nasa.gov/,
or contact Chris Koenemann at ckoenema@pop400.gsfc.nasa.gov
or 301-286-1953.
