Goddard "Means the World to Lanier"

During the months of February and March of 2003, Lanier, which provides agency-wide copier services celebrated Customer Vision Week across the US regions and corporate offices. Customer Vision Week is structured to honor and recognize their customers and employees. It also provides the opportunity for them to renew their dedication to customer satisfaction, for both internal and external customers.

Lanier presented several customers with the "You Mean the World To Me" Award, NASA Goddard being one of them. This award was presented to Sue Hart on behalf of the Technical Information Services Branch for their long-term relationship with Lanier and reiterated their commitment to continuing to provide NASA with excellent customer service.
