Next Tuesday's Quality of Worklife Expo

Civil servants and contractors are invited to come and learn more about the quality of worklife initiative at Goddard on Tuesday, April 29 at 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the building 1 Training Facility. (Please note location change) There are many things that contribute to the quality of our worklife at Goddard Space Flight Center. Beyond the valuable work that we do, there are programs, activities and other amenities that help us balance our work and personal lives, develop our careers, and generally enhance our work experience. At Goddard we can telework, work flexible schedules, take our children to an on-site daycare facility, consult with counselors at our Employee Assistance Unit, exercise at our fitness center, and participate in a variety of clubs and other activities. In addition, we now have a "Referral Service." Come meet some specialists & check out this great new service! The Quality of Worklife (QWL) initiative was launched to foster amenities and to assure that all employees are aware of all the special services that Goddard has to offer.
