ODIN Software Installation for Core Financial May 5 - May 23, 2003

ODIN will be installing IFM Core Financial Software for End Users for who need the SAP GUI software loaded their workstations. This installation will take place May 5 - May 23, 2003. Your Core Financial Role determines whether or not you require the SAP GUI loaded onto your workstation (See Desktop Determination Strategy). You will be notified 4 days prior to your installation date. The master roll out schedule can be accessed at http://www.odingsfc.com/upgradesNrollouts
/upgradeNrollout.htm. Customers located at Greenbelt will be visited based on the master roll out schedule. Wallops-based customers will be scheduled on an individual basis.

The technicians will conduct the following activities at your desktop:

PC-Based Systems
1) Install SAP GUI 6.2 per the IFMP guidelines (correct sap logon.ini,
correct patch, etc.)
2) Verify connectivity (launch SAP GUI and verify logon with test ID)
3) Test Internet Explorer 6.0, install if needed

Macintosh-based Systems
1) Install Citrix 6.x
2) Test Internet Explorer 6.0, install if needed
