Myth 1: "I should wait until Go-Live to take my web-based training (WBT) so I won't forget the information."
Fact: You do not need to wait until Go-Live to take WBT. You can take WBT as often as you like. It will be available through Go-Live, and after Go-Live. Repetition will enable you to retain more information.

Myth 2: "You should really only focus on instructor-led training; WBT is optional."
Fact: To get access to Core Financial you must complete all of your required web-based training and instructor-led training to get access to the Core Financial System.

Myth 3: "I received my Core Financial WBT certificate but my training records have not been updated."
Fact: Core Financial WBT does provide a certificate for completion, however, filling out the web-based training survey correctly (name, date, course, etc.) is the only way the training team can verify that you've completed WBT. Please allow two days for the records to be updated. A completion certificate is not required for the RWD SAP pre-requisite.

Myth 4: "The only quiet time and place I have to take my WBT is after work hours at my desk."
Fact: You now have the option to take your WBT at the Learning Center and/or the Aerospace Building, Room 909 (8am - 5pm) away from distractions. At the Aerospace Building, team members will be available to help you with training issues.

Myth 5: "It will take me all day to complete my WBT."
Fact: WBT courses range from 2-4 hours. If you have more than one WBT to complete. Don't try to do them all in one day.
