10 Days Left to Complete Your Core Financial Training

If you have been mapped to a Core Financial role, you should have begun taking your RWD SAP Navigational course and any other required web-based training (WBT). Core Financial will go live June 23, 2003 at GSFC. Based on the implementation efforts at the other Centers, we know that end user preparation is a critical factor of success that needs to be addressed, as we transition to Core Financial. Completing all your instructor-led training (ILT) and WBT not only helps you prepare to use the system, it also determines whether or not you are granted access to the system.

Core Financial training focuses on what you need to do related to your roles, and teaches you how to respond to business situations associated with your specific roles. Both ILT and WBT provide hands-on practice and the opportunity to become comfortable with the Core Financial system. In addition, the training is structured to minimize passive listening and reading.

ILT started April 1, and ends May 30. To begin your WBT immediately, click on http://cfwebcourse.ifmp.nasa.gov.
