How
Will Core Financial Users Get Support?
Core Financial will "Go-Live" on June 23rd. As with any
major system implementation, we anticipate there will be an adjustment
period during the first several months of production. To alleviate
these problems, and the user frustration that often accompanies
them, we have implemented a set of post-Go-Live stabilization and
support processes. These five support processes are described below:
Step 1: Consult
the On-Line Quick Reference (OLQR) Tool
Step 2: Contact
a Super User
- Serves as
first point of contact for End Users when you have a question
about the Core Financial system
- Representatives
from each Directorate
- Individuals
who have participated in the Core Financial implementation effort
- Conference
Room Pilot (CRP)
- System
Integration Testing (SIT)
- User
Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Have
completed the required training classes - Instructor-led and
web-based
- Located
at their regular work stations and are available to answer
questions about the system/processes
- A list
of Super Users can be found in the OLQR (http://olqr-cf.ifmp.nasa.gov/)
Step 3: Contact
the IFMP Help Desk
- Accessible
via Hotline at x64IFM (301-286-4436)
- Automated
distribution
- Press
1 - IFM software or account assistance
