Activating Your Core Financial Account(s)

As you begin working in Core Financial, make sure you are following these rules for activating your account:

• Log-on to your Core Financial account within seven business days of account activation and change your password. For Example, if your account was activated on July 7th, you have until July 15th to log-on and change the password.
  
  
• Accounts not activated within seven business days will be locked, if locked contact the IFM Security Administration X6-4436 option 1
  
  
• Make sure you log-on to all your Core Financial accounts (e.g. SAP R/3- web and client version, Business Warehouse, and Bankcard) within seven business days of activation
  
  
• Upon the first log-on, the initial password expires and you will be prompted to supply a new password
  
  
• Accounts are locked after 3 unsuccessful attempts to log-on, if locked contact the IFM Security Administration X6-4436 option 1

Password expires after 60 days, upon expiration; the user will be prompted to supply a new password.
