O'Keefe emphasized that the findings and recommendations will not be prescriptive and that NASA will have "enormous responsibility" of selecting options and ensuring the public that "we diligently exercise what we need to do to proficiently be able to explore and discover."

O'Keefe further went on to say the implementation of the Return to Flight activities will occur based on the findings and recommendations in the report, adding that NASA will look to correct deficiencies that may not have had any contributions to the Columbia accident but have been revealed from the support of the investigation. He urged every employee to think about the future, and to be thinking everyday what each of us can do today to Return to Flight.

Administrator O'Keefe answered a number of questions from all the NASA
Centers and then concluded the program by introducing a short video that
explained the NASA Family Assistance Fund. (http://www.nasa.gov/about/highlights/AN_FAF.html)
