History Colloquium and Dedication of Goett Auditorium on August 19 All civil servants
and contractors are invited to attend a special history colloquium
presentation by Dr. Roger Launius, historian to the National Air
and Space Museum and former chief historian of NASA. This special
presentation will be Tuesday, August 19 in the building 3,
Goett Auditorium at 9:30 a.m. with a light reception at 9 a.m. Join
NASM historian Dr. Roger Launius as he takes you for a trip back
to the evolution of NASA in 1958 to the present. In addition, this
special event includes the official dedication of the building 3
Auditorium in honor of Goddard's first center director, Dr. Harry
Goett.
