Federal Employee's Health Benefits (FEHB) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Open Seasons

The FEHB & FSA open seasons will be held from November 10 - December 8, 2003. During this time, you can enroll, change plans, or change status for your health benefits, simply by submitting your election through Employee Express at: www.employeeexpress.gov, or the SF-2809. You can also elect to set up your FSA for 2004 during this time directly at: www.fsafeds.com. The FEHB Health Fair will be held on Wednesday, November 19th, from 11-2 in Bldg. 1, rooms E100D/E. Plan participants will be available to provide information and assistance during this event.
