Safety Alert on Stackable Side Chair Failures

The Kennedy Space Center reported the following safety issue:
Two stackable metal frame chairs made by Canadian Atlas Furniture have failed at weld joints while personnel were sitting on them. The failure could result in potential injuries to users.
