SUNDAY, JULY 16, 10 A.M. TO 3 P.M.

GODDARD SPACE FLIGHT CENTER VISITOR CENTER MODEL ROCKET LAUNCH CONTEST

	What do you do when you build your rocket, practice flying it and
 can land it on a dime? Come out to the 26th Annual Rocket Contest at the 
Goddard Space Flight Center and Show off your skills! The contest runs all 
day, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be two events, parachute duration 
and parachute spot landing, prizes for the winners, and certificates for 
all participants. There is no charge for this event and you may register 
the morning of the contest.


	The Goddard Space Flight Center Visitor Center is located in 
Greenbelt, Md., on Soil Conservation Road and is open from 9 a.m. to 
4 p.m. Admission is free. For further information, call  (301) 286-8981,
