The contract is a fixed-price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a maximum value of $28,693,686. LEO-T systems are remotely controlled satellite tracking systems which automatically and autonomously track satellites orbiting the Earth at an altitude of less than 600 miles.
